Job Title: Help Desk engineer
Description:
We are looking for a customer service oriented entry level Help desk engineer to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. The selected individual will be working in the enkompas network solution Mysore, India. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will work in monitoring server alerts/ respond to client emails and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Responsibilities:

Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues.

Properly escalate alerts to the next level of support.
-
Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources.
-
Follow-up with ISP and other vendors to resolve the issues.
-
Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations.

Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
-
Recommended procedure modifications or improvements.
-
Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services.

Willing to work in a 24X7 environment.
Requirements:
-
Proven working experience in providing help desk support.
-
Proficiency in English and good written and verbal communication skills.

Working knowledge of help desk software and remote control.

Hands on experience Windows 7/8/10 OS.
-
Basic server 2008/2012 /domain environment knowledge.

Basic understanding of Backup solutions and Anti-Virus solution monitoring.

Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience working in a Windows environment.

Job Title: Infrastructure Technician
Description:
We are looking for a Infrastructure Technician to maintain and monitor server/Network infrastructure.The selected individual will be working in the enkompas network solution Mysore, India. This is an engaging technical position which is a part of our operations and infrastructure support team. Provides infrastructure support to service developments and product life-cycle, and understands the current monitored thresholds. Assesses the feasibility of new infrastructure solutions. Troubleshoots basic access issues, operating system configurations, and software. Develops and maintains technical relationships / partnerships with customers, suppliers, peers, partners and team members to execute on projects.
Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
-
Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
-
Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
-
Monitor and verify Infrastructure local and cloud backups.
-
Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
-
Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
-
Monitor Sever infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, AV /malware protection software and other processes.
-
Review Event /application logs.
-
Troubleshoot issues and outages.
Requirements:
