About enkompas Network Solutions

Enkompas Network Solutions, ENS, is a nine year old technology services organization based in Mysore, India.  ENS provides a host of technology support services to organizations outside of India.  US-based Managed Service Providers, MSPs, rely on ENS to provide live coverage of the overnight periods, as well as a high level of customer service, at a reasonable cost in order to promote quality of life for their technical staff. 

ENS originated from this very scenario over nine years ago when Christopher Parry, CEO of enkompas Technology Solutions, ETS, based out of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, USA, worked with a longtime friend and trusted colleague, Deepak Kulkarni, to open ENS in Mysuru Karnataka India to support the Pittsburgh-based MSP’s clients and enable their technical team to focus on support during the normal business hours.

ENS has become an integral component to the operation of ETS, so much so over the years, that ENS now has staff working 3 shifts alongside the staff of ETS to manage an even broader range of responsibilities.
